We have had Security Central alarm services for a number of years and have been quite happy with their services and professional personnel. Today I had the pleasure of working with one of their service techs (Rich) and he was absolutely incredible. He performed a system upgrade today and worked through all of the issues to get the system back up and operating as designed. Great company!

The firer inspection went good and the technican has done are church before. He was really family with are new fire panel and had to replace the antenna.

Fast, Friendly, Efficient, Above & Beyond service. The system itself is so easy to use and the convenience of having control at your fingertips is an added plus. I will sleep well under their service.

My technician was the best.He relocated a contact after we put in a new door. He used a creative solution and left no trace on new wood surfaces.He did not charge me for checking my battery.He was bright and williing to explain what he was doing.I liked him very much.Bob Frie

We had a break-in and they always come by after one to assess the system.. we noticed a coverage flaw and they addressed it for just the cost of the parts.. no installation fee or service fee..I think this is top notch service!
