Jacob was very knowledgeable on the issues I had with my alarm system thar Security Central Inc had installed. After a few adjustments to the system and adjustments on my phone, all issues have been resolved. I highly recommend Security Central Inc for all of any security needs, including inside alarm systems and outside camera systems. Their service is wonderful. No matter who answers the phone at the central local office, everyone has been helpful and promptly schedules a service call. Thank you for making my home feel secure.
